🧩Custom Templates
What they are: A drag-and-drop template builder that lets you create your own note formats from scratch using pre-built blocks.
What they're for: Providers who want a fully personalized note structure that isn't covered by public or practice templates. Particularly useful for solo providers and smaller practices without EHR integration.
How to set up a Custom Template:
In the Templates dropdown, select My Templates
Click My Templates -> Template Builder
Select the pre-built blocks you'd like to add to your template
You can rename section headers and choose how you'd like data formatted (narrative, bullet points, numbered list)
Name your template
Click Save Template
Your template will now appear under My Templates whenever you generate a note. You can return to the Template Builder at any time to edit or delete existing templates.
Note: Custom Templates are not compatible with direct EHR push. Notes generated from a custom template will need to be copied and pasted into your EHR manually.
