ScribeAI is built to adapt to how you document — not the other way around. There are three levels of customization available, each serving a different purpose.

Custom Prompts are personal rules you layer on top of your note templates. They apply only to your account and let you adjust the style, tone, or format of your notes to match how you personally like to document.

Dot Phrases let you insert pre-built blocks of text into your notes using natural language triggers. They're ideal for eliminating repetitive typing for commonly used clinical language like physical exam templates or standard plan language.

Custom Templates are fully personalized note formats you build from scratch using a drag-and-drop block builder. Best suited for solo providers or smaller practices who want a note structure that isn't covered by public or practice templates.
