🛡️Chart Auditing
What it is: An automated audit engine that analyzes your transcript and generated note to identify documentation gaps, compliance concerns, and coding opportunities.
What it's for: Maximizing reimbursement and reducing claim denials by catching documentation issues before a note is signed off. Chart Auditing flags specific problems in the note and tells you exactly where the issue is so you can fix it quickly.
What it checks:
Documentation gaps that could lead to a denial
E/M code recommendations with confidence levels and justification
CPT code suggestions with confidence levels and justification
ICD-10 code recommendations with confidence levels and justification
Modifier recommendations where applicable (e.g. -25, -59, LT, etc.)
How to run a Chart Audit:
Generate your note as normal
Click the Audit Results tab
Click Run Audit
Review any documentation issues flagged — click View in note to jump directly to the problem area
Review suggested billing codes with confidence levels and supporting justification
