My EHR isn't connecting - what do I do?

First, confirm you've selected the correct EHR system from the dropdown. If the EHR checks out, double check that you changed the environment from Sandbox to Production. If the connection is failing, the most common cause is authentication. Try re-entering your credentials. If the issue persists, click Contact in your dashboard (or email [email protected]) and our team will resolve it with you directly.


The microphone isn't picking up audio

  • Check that your browser or app has microphone permission enabled. On desktop, look for the microphone icon in your browser's address bar. On mobile, go to Settings -> Apps -> ScribeAI -> Permissions.

  • If multiple audio devices are connected, try switching inputs in the microphone settings on the recording screen.


How do I add more detail to a note after generating it?

Click Resume, dictate your additional information, and regenerate your note. ScribeAI will incorporate everything into an updated note. For minor changes, you can also edit directly in the note text.


Can I use ScribeAI for telehealth visits?

Yes. For best results, use a secondary device (phone or tablet) placed near your visit device to capture audio from both sides of the call.
